At Carlin Brothers Coffee, we want you to love every sip; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on non-perishable merchandise and store credit for coffee products.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that apparel is unwashed and hardware is returned with all original components.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
